Experienced and Supportive
Functional Therapy Solutions, LLC offers 21 years of OT experience and has been performing environmental assessments for the last 15 years.
The founder, Dr. Eldorna Samuel is a certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) who has done extensive research on home modification and environmental assessments and has helped many clients achieve independence in their Activities of Daily Living.
Her experience ranges from working in the Home Health industry to the School System, servicing our children population.
Dr. Samuel graduated from Howard University with a Bachelor of Occupation Therapy degree and Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions with a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
After attending an OT conference and learning about home modification she knew instantly that supporting our seniors and home modification was her passion! In the ensuing years it has been rewarding both to her and her clients.
