From the moment we get a call from you or your paperwork is transmitted to us, you can expect Functional Therapy Solutions, LLC to schedule a visit from a qualified and experienced Occupational Therapist.

On the day of our scheduled visit you or your care provider will get a telephone call from our Occupational Therapist to confirm the appointment time. Later when we arrive you can expect a courteous and thorough evaluation of your situation where the Occupational Therapist will help you to identify and correct potential hazards and barriers to functioning independently in your home.

Upon completion of the assessment our Occupational Therapists create solutions based on your requests and our observations and experience. The goals of our solutions are to:

• increase independence and functioning in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• promote health and well being.
• modify your home so that it will be easier and more enjoyable to navigate.
• prevent accidents in the home.
• create a safer environment.
